Baked Potatoes With Cheese and Ritz Biscuits

Heat the oven at 100 degrees, or, if you are baking something else, just put it together. Butter the serving dish. Slice the potatoes about 1 1/2 thick. Arrange the potatoes on the serving dish and add the buuter, salt, pepper and milk. Top it with the grated parmesan, cheddar and crushe ritz crackers. Bake it, covered in foil for about 20 minutes and then 5 without the foil. Serve.
Introduction
I wanted to make something that goes with the lemon garlic chicken and I didn't know what to do. So I grill some organic carrots with salt and pepper and a few dashes of olive oil and bake it and I wanted a potatoes dish to go with it. Since I didn't have anything much i came up with this recipes and actually it turn out quite well I must say. The kids love it and it taste good too. TRY IT. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL TRIAL AND ERROR!!

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 salt (to taste)
