Chocolate Dream Cake

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or microwave. Let cool a bit, then add the sugar and yolks one by one; add the whites, beaten stiff. Divide into two halves, put one in the fridge and add the flour to the other. Bake the half with the flour in a moderate oven for just about 15 minutes or until the top is firm. When this has cooled down, spoon the other half on top of it, garnish with grated chocolate and return to the fridge for at least two hours (or better overnight).
