Apple Crumble

Preheat oven to 200 . Peel, core and chunk apples. Butter and flour a square aluminum baking pan. Line apples in pan, sprinkle with half the sugar and cinnamon, raisins are an optional. Sift flour with remaining sugar add very cold butter cut into piecesand with tips of fingers, working very quickly until crumbly. Distribute crumble evenly on top of apple mixture in pan, leaving some spaces. Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until brown and crunchy. Serve in same pan.

Hi, just made it. Was yummy, but flour proportions are wrong in this recipe, it should be 190 grams, not 90.
