Fried Artichokes

Clean artichokes and cut into slices. Soak in mix of water and lemon juice. Drain and pat dry. In the meantime, put enough oil in frying pan or fryer and let heat until right temp for frying. Dredge artichoke slices in flour, then in beaten egg, then again in flour. Fry and drain and salt.
