- ½ litre full fat milk
- 160 grindings honey
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 shot rum
- 15 grams clear gelatine (sheets)
- 200 grams blackberries
- 40 grams hazelnuts (toasted, chopped)
- ⅞ pint whole milk

Additional Information
I suppose you could substitute a lot in this recipe. For example, I've also made this with frangelico liqueur and just hazelnuts. Perhaps you can also use a more fragrant honey like orange flower honey and perhaps grand marnier liqueur, etc.
