Fry the chicken first. After frying, put the chicken into the sauce, marinate the chicken, then, put the marinated fried chicken in a platter after you finished another batch of fried chicken.

Ingredients
Serves: serves 4-6 persons.
For the Sauce
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar (or white sugar)
- ½ cup chopped garlic
- ½ cup chopped onion leaves
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
For the Chicken
- 1 chicken (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup cooking oil (for frying)
