Half the peaches and remove stones. Take out about a spoonful of pulp from each half and place in mixing bowl. Mash the pulp with a fork and add the other ingredients, except for the cream. Mix well and evenly distribute among the peach halves. Butter an oven proof dish and place peaches in it. Bake in oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F or until peaches are soft and bubbly. Remove from oven and serve with whipped cream.
