Introduction
These cookies are naturally sweet and packed full of nutrition. When the cherries are paired with dark chocolate, you couldn’t possibly call these unhealthy!

Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 250 grams cherries (be sure to use European Picota cherries)
- 150 grams flour (sieved)
- 50 grams oats
- 60 grams sugar
- 2 heaped tablespoons mixed seeds flax, pumpkin and sunflower
- 50 grams dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 70 millilitres walnut oil (or an oil of your choice)
- 50 millilitres almond milk

- Mix oats, flour, seeds, sugar and baking powder.
- Add oil, almond milk and mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips and cherries.
- Spoon over a lined baking tray, press with your hands into a cookie shape. Bake for 15-20 min at 180℃.
