These cookies are naturally sweet and packed full of nutrition. When the cherries are paired with dark chocolate, you couldn’t possibly call these unhealthy!
250 grams cherries (be sure to use European Picota cherries)
150 grams flour (sieved)
50 grams oats
60 grams sugar
2 heaped tablespoons mixed seeds flax, pumpkin and sunflower
50 grams dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking powder
70 millilitres walnut oil (or an oil of your choice)
50 millilitres almond milk

Mix oats, flour, seeds, sugar and baking powder.
Add oil, almond milk and mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips and cherries.
Spoon over a lined baking tray, press with your hands into a cookie shape. Bake for 15-20 min at 180℃.
