  • First thinly slice the small onions and fry them till slightly brown in coconut oil - u need about 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil to fry them.
  • Then to this add a few curry leaves and few green chillies whole, then add a bit of salt for taste and a bit of tumeric powder, corriander powder and chilly powder. Mix all of these well and let them warm through.
  • Then add a cup of water and let it come to a boil. Slowly, as the water is boiling, add in the fish pieces, cover it with a lid and let it cook for some time (keep checking the fish at 10-15min intervals) When the fish is cooked, add the raw mango pieces (cut them as long pieces or in cubes) according to your taste. This will make the curry slightly sour. You can add more salt or more water for gravy as u like.
  • In the end, for the final touch, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil over the curry and some more curry leaves and green chillies.
