Scrambled Eggs With Crumpets and Salmon

First crack your eggs in a bowl and whisk. Secondly turn the heat on your hob and place your eggs in a pan over heat. Add milk The egg will stick to the bottom of the pan so keep moving it with your spoon. Add salt and pepper and once it is a scrambled lumpy consitancy take off of heat . Place on crumpets and then a slice of salmon on top .

I love this recipe it is so easy to make and what i find is that it is always perfect.You can also change how much of an ingredient to make it perfect for you!

- 1 pinch of pepper
- milk (a small amount)
