Beef Kebobs

In a large mixing bowl, mix beef, seasonings, sumac, and egg. Mix well to blend. Chill over night or grill right away. Form into palm size patties and grill on both sides until well done. You can also broil these kebobs on foiled-covered and oiled cookie sheet. Broil under the lower-heat broiler and cook through. Serve with steamed rice, grilled tomatoes, lime slices, basil, and more sumac to sprinkle on kebobs.
