Turkey Kabobs

In a large bowl, combine turkey, grated onion, salt, pepper, turmeric, and egg. Cover a large cookie sheet with sheets of foil, brush a little olive oil or vegetable oil spray. Form meat mixes into patties as large as your palm. Arrange on foiled sheet and scatter tomato wedges around. Bake in 400 degree F, for 45 minutes or until meat is cooked and edges are crisp.
Introduction
Very good for sandwiches, or with a side of tossed salad, and hard crust breads

Serves: 4-6 as meat entree
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 medium onion (grated in a food processor)
- salt
- pepper
- turmeric
- 1 large egg
- sliced thickly tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or vegetable oil spray)
