- 2 ounces irish liquer
- 1 ounce cointreau

- 1 ounce blackberry liqueur
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce chambord
For the Bubbly Poinsetta
- 2¼ cups gin
- 1 cup grenadine
- ¾ cup marashino liquer
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
For the St Nicols Rosey Cheeks
- 1 bottle rose wine
- 2¼ cups citrus vodka
- 1 cup golden syrup or light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon orange bitters
