  • 200 grams toblerone chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • 450 millilitres whipped cream
  • 3 medium egg whites
  • chocolate curls (or tiny Toblerone triangles - for decorating)
  • 7 ounces toblerone chocolate candy bars (roughly chopped)
  • 15⅘ fluid ounces whipped cream
  • 3 medium egg whites

  • Melt the chocolate; cool slightly; fold into the cream.
