Mix the milk and cream and freeze the mix*. Boil 100 ml water and dissolve the coffee and sugar in it. Let it cool in the fridge**. Put the frozen milk/cream in the blender with the coffee syrup and ice cubes (add some liquor if you want), mix till the texture is what you're after. into glasses and drink straight away!

As this recipe is soooo much easier than all the others I tried, I had to share it with you. At the moment of writing, it's 33*C outside and I can't think of a better drink right now.
