White Chocolate Cheesecake

Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the crushed biscuits until thoroughly mixed. Press into a 8" tin with a removable base. Put in the fridge to cool. Melt the white chocolate very carefully in the microwave or in a bain marie. Leave to cool slightly. Beat fromage frais until smooth and gradually beat in the melted chocolate. Lightly beat the heavy cream and fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour onto biscuit base and place in the fridge until set, ideally overnight.
Introduction
This is divine and so simple to make! You don't even have to cook it!

- ⅕ pint heavy cream
- 4 ounces butter
- 8 ounces crushed graham crackers

Additional Information
For the fromage frais, you can use Total 0% Greek yoghurt, this works very well. Delicious served with fresh berries!
