The Best Burger Ever

Preheat grill to Medium-High heat. In large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Divide hamburger mixture into 4 equal servings. Round the patties and place on the grill. Cook until desired doneness of the meat. (Medium is great) Serve on a bun (I like the ones with sesame seeds) and add condiments to taste (cheese, ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, mayo. or salsa) These burgers cook just as well on a stove top.

This is a juicy, yet slightly spicy hamburger that's great off a grill, or on a stovetop.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 5 drops liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 small finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
