Another Gipsy Pork Chop

Put olive oil in a skillet and then sear the chops both sides - it should take less than 3 minutes each side. Put the chops to the side. To make the sauce - saute onions, bell peppers and garlic and then add the can of tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the chops back to the sauce, put the onions on top of the chops now, add the cup of wine and cook on a low heat for 20 minutes. Done and delicious! We like to eat over rice or even short cut pasta.

- 3 pork chops thick sliced.
- 2 large red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 medium red bell peppers or another color
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup red wine
