Garlicky Chicken Kebab

Cut the chicken, peppers and tomatoes into cubes and put them in a bowl. Add the garlic, olive oil, vinegar salt and pepper mix and let the mixture to be marinated for 1-2 hours. Take a skewer and pass on it 1 piece of pepper, then chicken, pepper again, tomato and chicken. You do this with all the skewers. Then take them and put them on a grilling pan for 20 minutes on low heat and gradually pour over it the marinade. Serve with pita bread and salad. Rice would be a good choice as well.
