Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, 3 eggs, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, pat into 13" X 9" pan. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 eggs with mixer. Slowly beat in powdered sugar. Pour over cake, bake for 40-45 minutes, cool.
