Chocolate Mousse

Sprinkle gelatin over milk in saucepan until softened. Blend cocoa, oil, chocolate and sugar, add to milk stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Chill. Whip heavy cream with vanilla to stiff peaks, fold into chilled chocolate mousse, spoon into serving cups or martini glasses. Cover, refrigerate overnight and serve with whipped cream topping.
