Add oil to a smaller wok (kadai). Heat it, add finely chopped garlic, fry, then add finely chopped onions, saute till light brown then add tomatoes, saute them till they become soft. add mint leaves , add a pinch of turmeric, half table spoon of garam masala, chilli powder, salt to taste. Let it cook for around 5-8 minutes. Serve it hot with any bread especially Indian naan.
