Easy Carrot Cake

Pre heat oven to 230C Grease and dust with flour a 21 cm spring form tin Put carrots, sugar, oil and eggs in a liquidizer for a few minutes to make a thin cream In the liquidizer or in a large bowl add 1 tablespoon baking powder plus 2 cups flour Pour in the greased tin and bake till it gets golden brown and a skewer comes out clean Serve with melted chocolate If it gets too dry on the first time you bake try to put less flour next time
Introduction
This carrot cake is very easy to make and it is delicious too. It can be covered whith melted dark chocolate. I bake this carrot cake every week for my children and friends even when we were living in England. It´s a flavour from Brazil! Try whith a cup of coffee!
