Get your meringue nests and chop them into small chunks.
For you first layer put in a small amount of meringue in to the bottom of each dessert glass.
Chop up as many strawberries as you want for your Eton mess.
Place some strawberries on top of the meringue for your second layer.
Pour some cream over the top of the two layers but don't drown them in cream!
Repeat step 2 and 4.
Tip in the rest of the meringue in the glasses.
Pour more cream on top, as much as you want.
Decoration:
Slice some strawberries like a crisp and arrange them on the top.
Get a teaspoon and your tub of ice cream and make a quinnel shape and place on top of the dessert.
For extra decoration slice another crisp like strawberry slice and make a slit in the strawberry and stop halfway up. Then slide it on to the rim of the glass.
