For the base: Crush the biscuits, leaving some chunks for texture. Melt the butter, chocolate & syrup in a pan. Stir in the raisins and cherries, then add and stir in the crushed biscuits Spoon the mixture into the lined rectangular loaf tin and press down For the icing: Melt the chocolate and butter, and add the 2tsp water over the heat. Gradually add the confectioners' sugar. Pour over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 2 or more hours, before cutting into lumps and eating!

- 1 ounce raisins
- 2 ounces candied cherries
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
For the Fudge Icing
- 2 ounces plain chocolate
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 ounce butter
- 6 ounces confectioners' sugar
