  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup or light corn syrup
