- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cornstarch
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup or light corn syrup
