Ingredients
Serves: 4 glasses
- 500 grams strawberries
- 3 tablespoons white sugar (big)
- water (on hand)
- 4 limes (or big tablespoons of lime juice - plastic is fine)
- 2000 millilitres alcohol (white - liqueurs are best but vodka, gin etc will work)
- 17⅔ ounces strawberries

Additional Information
Note: Your granita should not be frozen solid. The sugar and alcohol will prevent it from turning to a solid block of ice. This is the desired effect. Looks great if served in a martini glass.

The recipe says 2000 mls (2 litres) of alcohol in the ingredients list, but only mentions 200 mls in the method. What happened to the other 1.8 litres(?)
