Lemon Chilli Tuna Spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti, drain and return to the pan with the tuna. Warm the olive oil in a small pan with the chilli flakes. Do not have it too hot, you are not frying. Stir the lemon zest and herbs into the oil then pour over the spaghetti, mixing it all quickly together. Add lemon juice to taste, season and toss it altogether. Serve!

- 100 millilitres olive oil
