Chicken Broccoli and Spring Onion Bake

oven temp 180 degrees Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until completely cooked. Remove chicken and place into a casserole dish. Microwave the broccoli for about 3 mins. Drain and add to the chicken. Add spring onions too. In another bowl mix together the chicken soup, creme fraiche, chilli powder and paprika. Stir well to combine. Pour this over the chicken mixture and stir together very gently. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake for about 35-45 mins until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Serve with tagliatelle. (you can substitute the chilli powder with curry powder for a change and serve with rice instead of pasta)

- 1 bunch spring onions (sliced in 1cm pieces)
- 2 cans condensed chicken soup
- 500 millilitres creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- cheese (grated)
- 1 splash of oil (for cooking)
