Ingredients
Serves: 4-5
- ½ kilogram Greek yoghurt
- 100 millilitres whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon icing sugar
- mango and saffron conserve (one jar)
- 1 mango (Alphonso mango - chopped)
- 1⅛ pounds Greek yoghurt
- 3½ fluid ounces heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar

Additional Information
Use fresh curds or a little milk to thin down, if you find the consistency too thick or heavy. Thrown in some muesli and its a perfect summer breakfast! You can change flavours by using a strawberry and mint conserve. Equally refreshing and delicious!!
