Ingredients

Serves: 4-5

Metric Cups
  • ½ kilogram Greek yoghurt
  • 100 millilitres whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon icing sugar
  • mango and saffron conserve (one jar)
  • 1 mango (Alphonso mango - chopped)
  • 1⅛ pounds Greek yoghurt
  • 3½ fluid ounces heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar

  • Gently mix together the yogurt and conserve.
  • Whip the cream with the icing sugar.
  • Fold into the yogurt mix.
  • Cover and chill.
  • Serve garnished with pieces of fresh alphonso mango.

  • Additional Information

    Use fresh curds or a little milk to thin down, if you find the consistency too thick or heavy. Thrown in some muesli and its a perfect summer breakfast! You can change flavours by using a strawberry and mint conserve. Equally refreshing and delicious!!
