In medium heat, sautee chopped garlic in butter until softened, and stir in a few tablespoons of cornflour. Add chicken bouillon cubes. Lower the temperature and gradually add cream or milk. Drop a few hints of grated nutmeg. Stir constantly until the mixture is slightly thickened. You may add water if it becomes too thick, and stir. Add basil pesto, chopped cooked spinach, and cooked spaghettis. Mix well, and serve.
