Metric Cups
  • spaghetti (drained)
  • pesto
  • spinach (chopped cooked & drained)
  • garlic (chopped)
  • chicken stock
  • butter
  • nutmeg
  • cream (or milk)
  • cornflour

  • In medium heat, sautee chopped garlic in butter until softened, and stir in a few tablespoons of cornflour. Add chicken bouillon cubes. Lower the temperature and gradually add cream or milk.
  • Drop a few hints of grated nutmeg. Stir constantly until the mixture is slightly thickened. You may add water if it becomes too thick, and stir.
  • Add basil pesto, chopped cooked spinach, and cooked spaghettis. Mix well, and serve.
