Blue Cheese Bake

Introduction
Found this recipe in Joanne Harris, author of "Chocolat", French Kitchen cook book. It's a beautiful vegetarian cheesy supper dish or you could do mini ones for a starter. Serve with green salad and a nice glass of vino blanco. You can do a Greek version with feta, olives, pine nuts etc or Italian with mozarella, tomatoes, basil etc.
