Nigella Inspired Goat Cheese, Bacon and Pear Tart

Take the sheet of puff pastry and score a border with a knife. Add cheese and pear slices inside your border. Fry the bacon and add ontop. Brush beaten egg around the outside boarder and place in 220 degree oven until the pastry is golden and puffed up
Introduction
I was making Nigella's famous little croisants, but I bought the wrong puff pastry. The one I had to roll myself and had quite a big piece left over and I thought what would Nigella do with this. Here is the result I loved it.

Serves: 2-4
- 1 sheet puff pastry (a big sheet)
- goat's cheese
- pears
- 3 rashers bacon
- 1 egg
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
