Strawberry and White Chocolate Cup Cakes

Preheat oven to about 190 Line a muffin tin with muffin cases Mix marge and superfine sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer untill soft and pale. Add one egg and some of the flour, mix again then add the remaining flour and eggs and mix well. Add the strawberry flovouring, how much really depends on your preference. I add about a quarter of the bottle, this gives just enough taste but also a lovely pink colour, then stir in the choc chips. Spoon into the muffin cases equally and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Introduction
I like experimenting with cakes, and my kids adore these. They are great for parties too.

- 8 ounces self-rising flour
- 1 packet white chocolate chips
- strawberry flavouring

Additional Information
You can use white choc chunks or even buttons if you prefer. When cooled you could frost them with butter icing, try adding some red food colouring to make it pink. then put some pretty sprinkles on. just be creative and have fun!!!
