In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the pasta. Cook the pasta until al dente then drain and pour back into the saucepan add the ham mixture and stir well. Check seasoning and add more olive oil if needed.

- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 150 grams ham
- 1 bunch fresh parsley (a big bunch, roughly chopped)
- 1 small lemon (grated rind of)
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 handful Parmesan cheese (a good handful, grated)
- 8⅚ ounces pasta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 5⅓ ounces ham
- 1 bunch fresh parsley (a big bunch, roughly chopped)
- 1 small lemon (grated rind of)
- 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 handful Parmesan cheese (a good handful, grated)
