Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4. Grease a 12 muffin tin or line each with a muffin case Cream the marg and sugar together. Beat in the egg. Add flour, baking powder and milk. Gently stir until all ingredients are combined. Don't over mix. Stir in diced banana Spoon into prepared tin Bake for 15 to 20 minutes Cool on a wire tray.
