Low Fat Macaroni Cheese

Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions, drain and keep warm. Grate the cheese. In a pan whisk the sauce flour into the vegetable stock. Add half the cheese, season well and bring to the boil slowly, stirring constantly. Simmer gently for 3 minutes until you get a smooth and silky sauce. Stir the macaroni into the cheese sauce, transfer to a heat-proof dish and sprinkle over the remaining cheese. Place under a hot grill until the cheese is bubbling, season to taste and serve

Just made this for dinner but added ham and sweet corn and it was delicious :)
