Cut each boiled potato into 6 pieces. Cut onions into big pieces. There is a special method to cut the onions. Firstly cut them into two halves and then take one half and cut it in 2 or 3 halves vertically. Then separate each layer of the onion. Cut all the veggies in a square shape, about 1 inch. Fry the potetoes well. After it is cooked mix all the veggies and let them cook a little (we don't have to cook them too much, they have to contain little bit of rawness). Then mix soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well and turn off the heat. Note: the quantity of ingredients can be less or more as per your taste.

Serves: 3-4
- 8 medium boiled potatoes
- 3 medium onions
- ½ cup green bell peppers
- ¼ cup red bell peppers
- ¼ cup yellow bell peppers
- 2 green chiles
- 2 medium tomatoes
- oil (as per preference)
- salt (as per taste)
- 3 tablespoons chilli sauce
- ⅓ cup tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
