Fry all the vegatables, beans, garlic and bacon in a little oil. whisk the eggs and the milk together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. pour the egg mixture straight over the vegetables etc and cook untill it is slightly dry on top. transfer straight onto a plate and serve with a salad and thick, crusty french bread.
