Apple Banana Nut Bread

Preheat oven to 170C and grease 9x5 inch baking pan. Cream butter and sugars, and beat in eggs. Stir in sour cream, banana and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Gradually add to butter mixture. Gently stir in apples and nuts. Spoon into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Introduction
Called a bread but tastes more like a light tea cake. Very delicious and easy to make.

- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cored and chopped apples
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
