Baked Apples With Dried Fruits, Walnuts, Honey, and Cinnamon.

Peel the apples. Cut them in 2 pieces. Score the flesh with a sharp knife. Set aside while you make the filling. Filling: Stir together walnuts, prunes, raisins, honey, cinnamon. Set aside while your apples are baked in the oven. Place the apples on the baking sheet. Put some butter on the apples. Pour the water or apple cider over and around the apples. Bake the apples in a pre-heated oven at 150 C for 45-50minutes (depending on the size of the apples). Spoon a generous tablespoon of the filling onto the crater of each apple. Continue to bake for 15-20 minutes.
