Ingredients

Serves: 8-10

Metric Cups
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 millilitres vegetable oil
  • 100 grams ground hazelnuts
  • 50 grams dark chocolate (cut into small cubes)
  • 6 ounces sugar
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 5 ounces all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3½ fluid ounces vegetable oil
  • 4 ounces hazelnut meal
  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate (cut into small cubes)

  • Beat eggs and sugar for 3-5 minutes.
  • Sift yogurt, flour and baking powder. Combine well.
  • Add gradually vegetable oil, then ground hazelnut and chocolate. Mix all together.
  • Grease a cake pan. Pour in a batter mixture. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C/350 F for 45 minutes-1 hour.
