Introduction

I admit I love French toasts so much. When I have some stale bread and some time at the weekend, as a rule I prepare these wonderful French toasts for me and my husband for breakfast. This recipe goes from popular French cook, Cyril Lignac. He serves French toasts with peaches. Me I prefer them with strawberry sauce. You mix fresh or frozen strawberries with yogurt and sugar. This recipe works with many types of bread - white, whole wheat, cinnamon-raisin, Italian or French.
