- 220 grams flour
- 4 medium eggs
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
- 75 grams Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon honey

Method

- Cut ham into small cubes, add thyme.
- Whisk eggs, olive oil and parmesan. Add flour and baking powder. Add ham into the mixture.
- Grease a cake pan.
- Pour in the mixture and bake into pre-heated oven at 160C/320 F 45-50 minutes.
