Cheese and Tomato Bread

Cut the bread into 1cm thick slices. Whisk together milk & eggs, season. Layer bread, cheese and tomatoes in an oven proof dish, top layer should be cheese. Pour over milk and eggs, leave to stand for 15 mins. Cook in a preheated oven 200C/Gas6, for 20 mins or until risen and lightly set.
