Microwave the chocolate, butter and cream for approx 1/2 minute Stir well until smooth Leave to cool for 40 minutes or until set Take a small piece of the mixture and mould into small egg shapes Sprinkle 2tbsp cocoa powder onto a piece of greaseproof paper and roll the 'eggs' to coat them
