Place the oats, grated carrot and grated cheese in a large bowl Then add the eggs and the remaining ingredients and mix together well Make into burger shapes and place in an oven at 190 degrees and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
Introduction
The title may not sound that interesting but having been a vegetarian all my life these burgers taste superb accompanied with fresh veg and gravy. Just try them!! Ps: the sage is vital!

- 10 ounces quick-cooking oats
- 3 grated carrots
- 5 ounces red leicester cheese (or any preferred cheese)
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons dried sage
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
