Lets be honest, there are a million different recipes for Chilli - and I guess it comes down to personal taste as to how you make it. However, this is the recipe I use, and one that is always a success!

Ingredients
Serves: 5-6
- 1 kilogram minced beef
- olive oil
- 3 teaspoons chilli powder (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 medium onion (roughly chopped)
- 1 gram dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 beef stock
- 1 handful button mushrooms
- 1 green peas (cut into strips)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2⅕ pounds ground beef
- olive oil
- 3 teaspoons chili powder (to taste)
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 medium onion (roughly chopped)
- ounce bittersweet chocolate
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 beef broth
- 1 handful button mushrooms
- 1 green peas (cut into strips)
- 1 can kidney beans

Additional Information
This can be served with Rice or Bread. My preference is both! Boil the rice until it is soft, and plate up with the chilli. Slice a thick hunk of white farmouse bread, and spread with butter.
