Simple Chicken Breasts With Asparagus

Cut the breasts so you have 4 thin slices. Wash the baby asparagus and put 5 pieces on each slice. Fold the breasts and fix them with toothpicks. Sprinkle the scrolls with salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave for 10 - 15 minutes. Peel potatoes, slice them and boil them for 20 minutes. When ready, you can pour out the water, add butter and leave in a pot for few more minutes. Heat a pan and add melted butter or olive oil (both are good). Put in the scrolls and wait until they get nicely slightly brown. Then add cream (as much as you like) and you can add some water as well. Lower the heat and cover. Leave for few minutes and then serve with potatoes.

Very simple dish, great for somebody who wants to start with asparagus or is starting cooking! :) Very quick as well!
