Bring curry paste, coconut milk, and sugar to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat Add peanut butter and cook over med-low heat for 5 minutes Do NOT boil as this will separate the sauce
Introduction
Excellent with chicken satay, etc.. This is a fantastic simple sauce - created by one of my brothers, who happens to be an excellent cook as well as an excellent english professor!
